NOTICE: This solicitation is made on behalf of the Democratic Party of Hawaiʻi (DPH) for both its non-federal and federal funds. State and federal laws require us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions aggregate in excess of $100 and $200 respectively, for the election cycle and for the year respectively. Non-federal contributions from individuals are limited to $25,000 per election cycle combined to state, district, and local party committees. Federal contributions from individuals are limited to $10,000 per year combined to state, district, and local party committees. Contributions from qualified State PACs and qualified Federal PACs are limited to $25,000 for the election cycle and $5,000 for the year respectively, combined to state, district, and local party committees. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, and federal government contractors are prohibited in the federal account. Contributions from foreign nationals and contributions made in the name of another are prohibited in both accounts. Contributions are not tax deductible.
